What you'll do…

Manage UAW hourly workforce responsible for all warehousing operations: Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Responsible for delivering objectives related to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Absenteeism, Cost and Cleanliness.  Interact with other salary employees, UAW and suppliers to deliver successful results.  Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training, and personnel administration.  Maintain a positive working relationship with UAW employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract Facilitate crew meetings.  Prepare/maintain work related records as needed. Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation) Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams.  Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams 

You'll have..

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2 years of experience leading an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to learn and adapt to new challenges quickly.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Strong organizational skills with a track record of holding teams accountable to performance standards.Experience motivating and leading teams to achieve operational goals.Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently.Effective oral and written communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels.Ability to analyze data, assess actions, and make informed decisions.Demonstrated ability to set and achieve performance-driven goals

Schedule Requirements

This position is 100% onsite.  No opportunity for hybrid work schedule Shift start times: 6am | 6pm Flexibility required: Must be available to work outside traditional hours, including weekends as needed.Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime or adjust schedule based on business needs.Shift coverage: Willingness to work all shifts as required.
