About the role

As one of our newest Packaging Technicians, working on one of six lines across a weekly rotating roster at our state of the art packaging facility, you will be responsible for monitoring and delivering consistent product quality and line performance on our bottling and packaging process. 

Ensure the line is operating efficiently and effectively, in line with quality and safety standards and protocols, including performing quality control checks Perform equipment and plant adjustments, ad hoc maintenance, and troubleshooting (where required)  Ensure work area is clean and organized  Support and maintain compliance with all company HSE, Food Safety and Regulatory standards and protocols  Accurately record and qualify downtime, perform start up, daily and end of week tasks and inspections 

About you

You will be a reliable, punctual, and hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and a team-focused mentality. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you can learn and develop new skills. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people  The ability to identify and solve problems by using your initiative  Have a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes and procedures  Previous experience in operating machinery within FMCG advantageous, but not a requirement  Completion of year 12, or relevant working experience
