Job Purpose
Your remit will be to manage and deliver best packaging solutions across our coatings business.
We will look to you to provide harmonised packs that meet required product quality and that are fit for purpose. Critically you will ensure production and distribution throughout the supply chain.
Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with colleagues & suppliers to manage & optimise our packaging portfolio.
• Collaborate with colleagues & suppliers to manage packaging quality.
• Oversee harmonisation & standardisation of our packaging portfolio.
• Ensure packs meet sustainability standards & requirements.
• Manage packaging improvements.
• Ensure quality at the lowest cost.
Job Requirements
• A BSc/MSc degree or equivalent in System/Packaging Science, Technical Engineering or Material Design.
• Extensive packaging experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a packaging supplier, packaging procurement or relevant R&D.
• Experience of defining & managing a packaging portfolio.
• Experience of packaging quality management across the supply chain.
