Job Summary- Under limited supervision, performs various duties in the on the packaging line and across the plant.  The duties may vary by day and hour, may vary based on assignment.
Essential Job FunctionsEnsure food safety and qualityOperate mill and package materialsClean and refill dust collectorsWash and sanitize floors, dryers and all production equipmentHelp on dryer startupAssemble hammer millsSetup and tear down of production equipmentAssemble tape machine and scalesMove ingredients to and from warehouseAccurate documentation of daily productionDump totes into millsCollect samples for quality testingWork toward the goals and expectations of the plant and this positionQualifications
