**Hiring Warehouse Packers/ General Laborers** **Job Description** Candidates will be working in Milan, IL. Candidates will be performing a wide variety of tasks from picking orders, packing boxes, to sorting and staging shipments inbound and outbound. You will verify the accuracy of incoming product shipments, process associated paperwork, and stock shelves. Additionally, you will pick, pack, and ship customer orders as needed while participating in processes and programs aimed at continuous improvement and safety. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders and pack boxes. + Sort and label products. + Take excess cardboard and throw into a compactor. + Sort and stage inbound and outbound shipments. + Forklift experience is a plus but not required. + Experience in a distribution center is a plus but not required. **Work Environment** Very clean and well-lit environment with a small family-like feel. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
