**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** The individual in this position is responsible for unloading cases from conveyors and stacking them onto pallets according to carton specifications. This role requires handling repetitive tasks and ensuring proper loading techniques to maintain efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities** + Retrieve packed cases from conveyors and stack them onto pallets according to customer specifications throughout the work shift. + Wrap the top of loaded pallets to prevent higher boxes from falling when the load is moved. + Pull loaded skids to the area where they are retrieved by forklift, approximately 70 feet. + Construct cardboard tops to cover boxes that do not have folding flaps. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of production experience. + 6+ months of repetitive work experience. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Experience in general labor and material handling. + Experience in unloading and packaging. **Why Work Here?** Take advantage of a flexible rotating schedule that allows you to take significant time off while using minimal PTO. The environment is bright, but temperature conditions can vary, with potential cold during winter and heat during summer. The role operates on a rotating shift (3 days in the first week, 4 days in the second week, rotating working weekends) from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
