Weekly production incentive from $60-$100 per week for direct employees. Great insurance and 401k after 60 days with a 5% match after the first year. Work Environment

Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM. Will be expected to work out in the elements part of the time. The environment is not temperature controlled, and the finished product is stored outside.
