As the Packing Operator you will be responsible for safely ensuring the on-time delivery of finished/assembled (packed) product which conforms to current best practices and Quality standards, and is aligned to the expectations set by the Operations Master Schedule. **What You’ll Do** + Follow Abbott Dundee Health & Safety guidelines. + Adhere to SOPs/KLFs/PBRs for accurate product production and Quality instructions. + Complete Quality documentation per GMP standards. + Engage in training and self-development. + Operate Packing/Kit Assembly Equipment. + Contribute to continuous improvement in product line and workplace organization. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Education Requirements** + Nat 4, or equivalent, in English, Maths, or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills. **Preferred Skills** + Drive and commit to customer performance and delivery, setting clear expectations for self and team. + Be flexible to adapt to changing business goals and manage workload positively. + Communicate effectively, follow up on others' views, and be self-directed and motivated. + Attend and contribute meaningfully to meetings. + Communicate daily with local leaders, offering support and encouragement. + Comply with EHS and Quality standards in all activities. + Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. + Have knowledge of GMP production processes and procedures. **WHAT WE OFFER** As you’d expect from a global healthcare company, we offer a fantastic range of benefits including competitive salaries, a superb defined contribution pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance and a flexible benefits scheme.
