Position Overview: The Packing Production Technician will be responsible for the packaging of products in a manufacturing environment. The Technician will work collaboratively with a team to ensure accurate and efficient production while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment to package products Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and regulations Assist with training and development of new team members Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Packaging, manufacturing, and/or operator experience Shift Lead experience strongly preferred Ability to multi-task and stay organized Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with safety protocols Ability to lift up to 50lbs
