We're looking for a reliable and motivated Packout Team Member to help ensure our products are safely delivered and assembled with precision. If you thrive in a fast-paced, physical work environment, we want you on our team!

Pay: $20.90 per hour
2nd shift Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:45 AM

About the Role:

As a Packout Team Member, you’ll play a critical role in uncrating new units and preparing them for assembly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve heavy lifting, operating tools and machinery, and organizing items to ensure smooth delivery to the production line. This is a highly physical role that requires stamina, precision, and attention to detail.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Uncrate and Deliver: Uncrate new units, prepare them for assembly, and safely deliver to the production line.

Heavy Lifting: Use a 1-ton A Frame lift to hoist heavy assembly cabinets and carefully palletize for delivery.

Tool Handling: Operate hand tools including drills, torque wrenches, and electric pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Organization is Key: Ensure a well-organized workspace to optimize the flow of materials and assembly.

Equipment Operation: Safely use a Raymond Reach Forklift and pallet jack to transport materials.

Wrapping and Crating: Use tape dispensing guns and wrapping materials to ensure items are securely packaged for transport.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.

Experience using hand tools like drills, torque wrenches, and electric pallet jacks.

Familiarity with operating forklifts (Raymond Reach Lift) and pallet jacks.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A safety-first attitude with a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and organization.

Pay Details: $20.90 per hour
