Req ID 72202 | OSS Mesa, United States ZF Passive Safety Systems US Inc. **1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)** **GENERAL SUMMARY: Under close supervision performs repetitive packaging/shipping activities.** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Removes all suspect units from packaging (rejects, weight algorithms, etc.) + Re-images units as required + Pulls any LAT re-samples and may submit to the test lab + Coordinates all movement of material in and out of physical sorts + Ensures accuracy of all quantities on labels prior to release from Packout area/SHP + Bands and utilizes pallet lift or forklift to move all material to staging areas. + Interfaces with support teams. **Ability:** Must be able to be forklift and pallet lift certified. Must have packing system knowledge. Must have IAP (Image Audit Program) system knowledge. Must have LSSR system knowledge. Good communication skills, written and oral required. Knowledge of manufacturing, rework and preventative maintenance instructions. **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. **Experience:** 1 year of related manufacturing experience, inflator manufacturing experience preferred. **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. **ZF Mesa Operations screening process includes a 10-panel substance abuse screening which includes testing for THC, ATF lifetime background check, and verification of eligibility for employment.
