POSITION SUMMARY
The Paid Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to generate leads and increase recapture.
DESCRIPTION
Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including budget management and performance optimization.Audience Segmentation: Identify, segment, and target the most relevant audience groups to maximize engagement and conversion.Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, analytics, and data to align on goals and strategy.Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.Performs related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus.2-4 years’ experience in paid digital marketing or a related role.Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and campaign optimizationExperience working in cross-functional teams and managing marketing budgets.Additional Information:
