In your internship at UAB HELLA Lithuania you support a fast-growing location for automotive electronics components in Kaunas, Lithuania.

You will assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking of the project progress in regard to the project goals and enable a beneficial flow of communication within the team; You will be involved in subprojects and according to your qualifications take responsibility for the completion of work packages; You will plan, support and handle improvement projects, logistic conceptions, processes and systems of work in collaboration with the shopfloor areas; Participate in working out and introducing methods to extend Operative Excellence in overhead and TtM processes (e. g. lessons learned); Prepare, preside over and perform workshops as well as train and qualify employees; By this you will receive comprehensive impressions throughout various departments within HELLA Lithuania and the HELLA Group.
