In your internship at UAB HELLA Lithuania you will be working closely with Operations department as well as with other departments in a production location for automotive electronics components; Together with the Operations Management Team you will take part in strategical planning and implementation Operations department goals; You will assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking of Operations initiatives, daily shop floor tracking, collaboration with Operations Management Team and tasks in regard to the administration of daily challenges; You will be involved in subprojects and according to your qualifications take responsibility for the completion of work packages; By this you receive comprehensive impressions throughout Operations and various other departments within HELLA Lithuania and the HELLA Group.
