What you will do:

Execute digital paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and other digital advertising platforms. 

Work with Sr. and Mid-level media buyers to strategically test new channels, optimize existing campaigns, and work to acquire more small business borrowers for our lending marketplace.

You will also launch paid campaigns focused on building B2B SaaS product pipeline for Intelligent Lending and Embedded Lending products at Lendio. 

Collaborate with creative, product marketing, growth, and experiment teams in order to impact marketing team objectives and complete key projects. 

Manage budgets against a set of KPIs and objectives, with a focus on full funnel conversion, pipeline, and awareness campaigns.

Who you are:

You have a strong background in various paid channels: social, display, video, native, and search

Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns

Previous track record of success in paid media channels

Someone who loves to test and learn new things in the paid advertising world

Ability to thrive with autonomy, but work with strategic guidance 

Hunger to grow your skills in testing and optimization

You have an eye for ad creative that will perform well and resonate with an ICP

Able to collaborate across teams to get work done

Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and organized

You maintain a collaborative, curious, hungry and humble mindset and you are looking for your next major success story to tell.

Requirements:

 1-3 years of direct paid media experience on Meta, LinkedIn, or other paid social or advertising platforms. 

Positive and proactive communicator 

Experience managing a budget to meet objectives  

Bonus points: 

Located in the Salt Lake/Lehi area. 

B2B paid demand background or Product Led Growth experience. 

Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence platforms

SMB and/or B2B marketing experience
