Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Performance Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in the field of digital marketing, perfect for someone with an analytical mind and a hunger to learn. While direct prior experience in performance marketing is not essential, a solid understanding of and enthusiasm for paid media, as well as a drive to learn and test, are crucial. The role will involve supporting the performance marketing team in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across international markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

Support the planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of Google ads, Bing ads, Facebook ads, retargeting/display campaigns and other platforms in multiple markets. 

Maintaining the health of ads accounts including: 

Ad copy creation and optimisation 

Search Query Reports, keyword research, creation and optimization 

Bid optimisations 

Landing page reviews 

Reviewing and implementation of targeting options 

Managing daily budgets and ensuring that monthly spend is on target 

Compiling regular and ad hoc reports of account performance 

Collaborate with team members to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights. 

Conduct independent research to identify best practices and emerging trends in paid acquisition. 

Assist with A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance. 

Help prepare reports and presentations using data from Google Analytics and other platforms. 

Work closely with Content and Design teams to create engaging performance marketing assets (e.g., banners, videos, landing pages). 

Qualifications

 

Must-Have Skills and Qualities: 
 

Passionate about digital marketing. 

Outstanding attention to detail  

A quick learner who is willing to take on responsibility from an early stage  

Great at teamwork, with a can-do and positive attitude  

Proactive with ability to work autonomously 

Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.  

Data driven with strong numeracy and analytical skills. 

 

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar 

Google Ads certification will be a plus   

 

Desirable Skills: 
 

Basic experience or familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms. 

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

Experience with Google Analytics and/or Data Studio is a bonus.
