Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital advertising and SEM. This includes managing budgets, setting KPIs, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, 6sense, etc.), paid advertising workflows, and overall campaign structure. Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance (SEM & digital ads), using data-driven insights to propose actionable next steps for optimization, including keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, and content planning. Lead cross-functional collaboration with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to ensure campaign objectives are met efficiently. Provide tactical and strategic support to specialists and associates, mentoring them to ensure best practices in campaign execution and optimization. Identify and resolve potential campaign issues, streamline workflows to improve efficiency, and implement scalable processes to enhance overall performance.
