The position: We are searching for a skilled paid specialist to transform our paid marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage our paid search marketing and online advertising. You will also work with our digital marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions. 

 

To ensure success as a paid specialist, you should be experienced at designing, buying, and managing paid search and paid social marketing campaigns for properties. A top-notch paid specialist will be able to identify and execute from data insights as well as following Fair Housing Laws. 

Responsibilities Meeting with clients to determine their goals and budgetAdvising clients and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processesBrainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertisingWorking alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, and web developersCreating and managing search engine marketing campaignsMonitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performanceDefining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principlesIdentifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising to clientsUtilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaignsEnsuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning Qualifications

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketingCertification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist is beneficialAt least two years experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search spaceA thorough working knowledge of demand-side platformsA detailed understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principlesData and web metrics analytical skillsCollaborative mindset and a team playerPassionate about marketing and search marketingDriven to achieve results and make an impact

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per weekThe office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions Company Information
