Understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products/services. Ensuring that we are a market leader, and how best to organise for success. **Responsibilities** **How you’d spend your day:** + Assist in the preparation and execution of paid search and social media strategies + Creation and monitoring of Search, Shopping, Gmail Ads, Apps and Youtube,Meta,TikTok campaigns. Managing the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring that the objectives and KPIS are achieved + Management and optimization of audiences of Analytics. + Implementation and use of search and social tools such as SA360, or Business manager. + Communication with clients and with the teams of the different Publicis Media agencies. + Analysis of keywords, creation of copys and the structure of campaigns based on objectives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar + Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive + 2-3 years of experience in Digital agencies. + High experience in execution and set up of campaigns in Paid Search and Social Media. + Office tools expert + Search and Social tools expert (ej.
