Paid Media Strategist - Marketing

You will manage a significant paid media budget while achieving world-class ROAS and conversion rates. **What You Will Do:** + **Campaign Development and Execution:** Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Plan and implement strategies for search, display, social, video, and programmatic advertising. + **Strategic Alignment:** Ensure alignment with the broader marketing team so that paid search efforts work synergistically with other marketing channels. Work with multiple business partners, dealers, and agencies to ensure alignment with other parallel campaigns. + **Audience and Keyword Research:** Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to inform campaign strategies. Develop and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies. + **Performance Analysis and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Utilize analytics and metrics to guide strategies and optimizations, ensuring data-driven decision-making and early identification of issues. Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. + **Testing and Optimization:** Continuously optimize campaigns through testing and other methodologies to improve performance and determine the most effective strategies. Implement best practices for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting. + **Communication:** Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency. Present overall marketing plans and strategic direction for the region to senior management for approval and support. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, editorial, and marketing teams, to align campaign strategies and goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive strategies. + **Vendor and Partner Management:** Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners. Negotiate media buys and placements. + **Innovation:** Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital advertising landscape. Apply new techniques and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness. + **Budget Management:** Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve high return on ad spend (ROAS).
