We’re looking for an amazing Specialist, Paid Search International to fill this hybrid role that can be based in Seattle, WA or Miami, FL. You’ll play a critical role supporting the Paid Search Manager in driving the activation strategy for Holland America and Seabourn in the Australia and UK markets. You’ll manage, maintain, and optimize in-market media to deliver business results that achieve optimal traffic and acquisition volumes. You’ll also collaboratively share search knowledge to improve day-to-day insights and outcomes across Holland America and Seabourn Marketing and e-commerce globally. champions Google Ads and Bing Ads best practices, tests, and improvements. Here’s a summary of what Holland America Line is looking for in its Specialist, Paid Search International. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Lead day-to-day in-platform campaign management and optimizations including keyword management and identifying new opportunities, and budget pacing. + Support the paid search manager with the set up and manage search campaign builds aligned to media plan, strategy, and promotions. + Regularly monitor and improve ad performance based on relevancy, ad copy, images, site links, extensions, A/B tests, and landing pages. + Communicate search performance and budget pacing to the search manager and team to make changes based on performance within week/month. + Regularly perform Site Query Reports (SQRs) and adjust keywords accordingly. + Provide opportunities to the search manager, media team, and international marketing managers with competitive considerations, investment opportunities, and consumer trends. + Assist in the monthly /quarterly reporting of search KPIs and metrics for optimization and learning opportunities. + Develop an international paid search playbook with the search manager and Digital/eCommerce team. + Setup tests & learns in coordination with digital and eCommerce teams. + Partner with the web team and Google/MSFT teams on campaign tracking to identify opportunities to influence optimizations. + Collaborate across paid media team to share trends, themes and insights to potentially benefit other channels. **Requirements** + 3-5 years of experience in activating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns internationally. + Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving. + Excellent understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on search campaign platforms. + Superior analytical skills. + Excellent communication skills. + Excellent knowledge of search planning fundamentals e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc. + Ability to work well with individuals at various levels in various departments within the company and with specific external resources. + Excellent attention to detail and facility in working with numbers. + Prior international (English-speaking) experience a plus. + Proficiency in using search campaign platforms including Google and Bing Ads and Search Ads 360. + Experience with 3rd party bid management platforms. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
