Reporting to the Manager Search Engine Marketing Acquisition, the Paid Search Marketing Specialist will manage the execution of SEM Shopping (CSE/PLA)/Text plans and strategies and requires a technically adept professional with strong analytical capacity - A great opportunity to take your skills to the next level in an innovative environment and fast-growing industry.Who We AreQVC is the world's leading video and ecommerce retailer, offering a curated collection of desirable brands to millions of customers around the globe each day through broadcast, Internet, and mobile sales platforms. Our Paid Search Marketing team is a close, small group of analytically minded team members who use data to understand our customers and their behaviors and turn that understanding into actionable initiatives.Your ImpactYou will strategically manage and optimize SEM Text/Shopping campaigns (Google & Bing).You will analyze trends and performance within large datasets. Take actions to enhance program performance.You will report on channel performance on a daily basis and prepare forecasts for account and campaign expenditure.You will closely monitor performance and spend levels and make adjustments.You will support new customer acquisition/retention strategy and maintain refreshed audience lists.You will implement SKU/ Keyword level bidding, ad group modifiers, and campaign budgets to hit portfolio KPI goals.You will manage the use of scripts and bid rules for account optimization.You will run health checks for optimal account structure performance.You will maintain and use vendor relationships to help maximize performance.You will support and collaborate across the SEM team (Paid Search and CSE's/PLA's).What You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience1+ years of experience with hands-on Search performance management.Experience with Google Analytics/AcousticDemonstrated experience with data visualization tools – TableauAdvance level expertise in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with large datasets across multiple spreadsheets.History of managing daily budgets across multiple accounts/campaigns.Understanding of how to drive KPIs and improve our business goals.Experience with AdWords Editor and Bing Editor.Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.#LI-KS1 #LI-Hybrid
