As we continue to expand our digital marketing efforts, we are seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to help manage and optimize our paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. Key Responsibilities: + Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms. + Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and set up effective targeting strategies. + Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed. + Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). + Manage and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, content, design) to align paid search efforts with overall marketing strategies. + Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital advertising. Requirements + 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). + Strong understanding of paid search best practices, bidding strategies, and keyword research. + Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools. + Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
