The Paid Social Media team delivers on media goals across JPMorgan Chase lines of business by maintaining high brand safety standards and managing social media platform partnerships. The team focuses on strategic development, campaign management, and analytics, including insights and measurement frameworks. Collaborating with Legal and Compliance, the team drives business results and fosters innovation through budget management, optimization, audience targeting, data privacy, and channel expansion. This integrated approach ensures alignment with broader business objectives and adaptability to market trends and technologies.
As a Paid Social, Senior Associate on the Paid Social Media Team, you will spend each day defining and refining our Paid Social campaigns to meet the business needs of our Firm. You should demonstrate leadership and account management, along with hands-on keyboard paid social responsibilities in media plan development, campaign building, optimizations, and reporting. You will leverage your experience of social platform capabilities to deliver strategic recommendations for each our businesses. You should have a passion for overseeing outcome based solutions and enthusiasm for innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and manage the entire cycle of tactical campaign development, including media planning, campaign building, tagging, optimizations, and reporting.Build hands-on, in-platform campaigns within social platform ads managers and our social media buying tools.Ensure campaign planning, buying, optimizations, and reporting meet quality assurance checkpointsPartner with analytics in monitoring campaign performance and ensure campaigns are meeting objectives. Create campaign insights and share optimization opportunitiesOversee multiple campaigns for multiple businesses simultaneously, serving as the intermediary support between the business and the agencySupport team operations such as investment and campaign trackers, billing needs, and ad-hoc support for enterprise projects
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
4+ years of paid media buying experience with a focus on social mediaExperience partnering with media agencies and technology vendorsExperience buying in platform across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and TikTokExpert in all aspects of paid social media, including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats, bidding strategies, tagging and reportingExperience managing campaigns that optimize towards performance KPIs. (i.e. Return on Advertising Spend, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Lead, etc.)Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)
