Job Description

Reporting to the Paid Social Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team.

You'll contribute to setting up and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms and creating reports and forecasting for clients as needed.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Setting up campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.Proficiency in CM360; creating placements, ads using bulk import, creating trackersPerform pacing and performance optimization of campaigns across multiple platformsTechnical QA of campaigns and troubleshooting any issuesWork with the account management and paid media teams to identify and advance any opportunities to improve performance of campaignsWork on weekly/biweekly performance reports, including drafting client-facing insights into campaign performance with recommended optimisations and next steps

Qualifications-3+ years experience managing Paid Social Ads campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) strongly preferredReporting skills and experience deriving insights from data requiredExperience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other alternative social media ad platforms (X/Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) is advantageousDemonstrated expertise (0 - 2 years) in Ad Operations, including end-to-end campaign management across different channels (Programmatic, Social and Search) is advantageousModerate / Advanced skills working with data in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas, performing basic statistical analysis, and working with Pivot Tables is strongly preferredFluency in English required
