Paid Social Associate Manager
The Role
Wpromote is looking for a sharp Social Media Associate Manager to join our Paid Social team to help manage scalable direct-response Facebook advertising campaigns for a small number of exciting clients. We’re looking for someone who’s whip-smart and knows how to get results while having fun along the way. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.  The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

#LI-JJ#LI-RemoteYou Will BeFully managing paid social campaign set-ups, ad builds, ad trafficking, and QA across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit)Presenting reporting insights to internal stakeholders and clientsAnalyzing and reporting on relevant social media KPIs that help inform next step recommendationsAnalyzing creative on a regular reporting cadence, surfacing insights, and developing recommendations for creative iteration and testingResearching new audiences, ad units, and platforms for expansion and media diversificationResponsibly pacing client budgets to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets that align client media plansCollaborating with internal teams to create a social media strategy that integrates with other digital media channels (email, PR, SEO, paid search, content marketing, etc.)Ideating and writing impactful ad copy that is tailored to each client and adheres to their specific guidelines for brand voiceStaying on top of the latest social media trends, social platform education, and client industries and presenting these findings in department meetings and to clients You Must Have2 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising of media planning/buying and/or paid social within an agency/client environmentTwo or four year degree in business, marketing, or related disciplineExperience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager Familiarity with Google AnalyticsFacebook Blueprint Certification preferredSolid knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint applications, Google work products, and other common business toolsSlack and Asana a plusContinually seek innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches, and solutionsCreative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detailWpromote is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives, providing employees with a safe and welcoming environment free of discrimination and harassment.
