\nThis is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns to drive growth, working collaboratively across teams to align efforts, and using data to make informed decisions.
What you’ll do:\nPlan, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring they align with AirHelp’s marketing objectives.\nOwn campaign performance by continuously tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC) to maximize efficiency.\nOptimize budgets and bids dynamically to improve return on investment and reduce unnecessary spend.\nA/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging to drive performance improvements and uncover insights.\nUse data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to interpret performance trends and make real-time adjustments.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams—including the Organic Social Media Team, Content, Creative, and Analytics—to align paid strategies with broader marketing initiatives.\nStay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, leveraging new ad formats, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities.\nDevelop reports and insights to share with internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.\nProactively troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, proposing and implementing solutions without needing senior-level direction.\nManage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.\n

\n\nProven experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing (ROAS, CPA, CPC).\nStrong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive campaign decisions and improve results.\nExpertise in budget management, bid strategies, and cost optimization to maximize efficiency.\nHands-on experience with major social ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).\nAbility to work autonomously, taking initiative to optimize campaigns and solve problems without constant oversight.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nFluency in English (written and spoken).\nNice to have:\nExperience working in an agency environment, managing multiple accounts or clients.\nPrevious use of Smartly.\nApp Campaigns Experience\nCollaboration with Organic Social Media teams to align paid and organic strategies.\nFamiliarity with branding campaigns and how to balance brand awareness with performance goals.\nExperience with the travel, aviation, or legal industries.\nKnowledge of additional performance marketing channels.\nYour Key Performance Indicators:\nROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Maximizing revenue and efficiency from paid social campaigns.\nCost per Acquisition (CPA): Driving down acquisition costs while maintaining quality conversions.\nConversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improving conversion rates to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.\nBudget Efficiency: Ensuring optimal spending allocation with minimal waste.\n
