Description We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our team based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves the strategic development, execution, and management of paid social media advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate with various teams to optimize ad content and conduct regular performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Oversee ad production timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are met.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on different activity parameters to ascertain the most effective approaches.
• Collaborate with content, design, and data teams to optimize and improve ad content.
• Perform regular analysis on campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and social media ad policies.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Scale performance, reach, and precision for campaigns by building upon current strategies.
• Utilize skills in Facebook Insights, Google+, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, Advertisements, Analytics, Blogging, Brand Awareness, and Campaign Planning. Requirements • Proficiency in using Facebook Insights to analyze and report on campaign performance
• Ability to use Google+ to create and manage social media campaigns
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking social media traffic and performance
• Proficiency in using Hootsuite for social media management and scheduling
• Experience in using Instagram for building brand awareness and engagement
• Knowledge of creating effective social media advertisements
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Experience in blogging as a means of social media engagement and brand awareness
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Experience in campaign planning, including setting objectives, determining audience, and measuring results. Innovation starts with people.®
