Our NA Students earn $15 hourly to work on a non-certified basis while we pay for their course and put them through clinicals. Once promoted to CNA, you will receive a promotion, a schedule, and a wage increase to $18.09 hourly (or more with experience).

What You'll Do:

This position is part of a self-directed, cross trained team. Each team member is trained in direct resident care, housekeeping, laundry, dietary, and activity functions following facility policies, procedures, and programs. A holistic approach will be taken to coordinate resident/patient centered care in a home like environment.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Must obtain certification on the MN state registry as a CNA within 4 months of hire.
