\n- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
\n- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
\n- Completion of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology or PM&R Residency Training Program
\n- Board certified or board eligible in his or her specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
