Use FIS Plant monitoring software to review cycle times, faults, Incident Rates, and other machine conditions for Paint Department application automation, review and follow up automation Kaizen and other projects and installations within the Paint Department.

Advanced degree in engineeringStrong problem-solving skills, including 8Ds, 4Ds, FMEAs, and DMAICsAbility to independently troubleshoot Paint and Sealing application equipment for improvement of OEE, quality and delivery metricsFanuc robot programming, DevcieNet, RS Logics, PLC-5 and Microsoft Office experienceAbility to read prints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematicsStrong understanding of Paint Application system programming delivery systems, in addition to networking understanding, DH+, Ethernet, and Pier to Pier communication.
