You'll have... 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering.Experience: 5+ years of related experience in paint process working in a manufacturing process for automotive or automotive parts supply.Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in Ford OS (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
