Paint Line Operator / 1st Shift Requisition ID: 40510 Job Location(s): Searcy, AR, US **Job Description** This position is responsible for working on a team of two to three employees to run the paint line for all painted products in the plant. You will follow job card and other work instructions to paint finished product in preparation for shipment to the end-customer. May also require packing parts for shipping to end-customer. **Job Responsibilities** + Check pH balance and levels of chemicals, adjust as necessary + Clean excess paint from paint booth daily + Check part number of valve and hang on paint line + Check color with work order and confirm quantity needed + Select and install correct paint masking for parts prior to painting-remove when painting completed + Match paperwork with parts and ensure quantity, part number and color is correct + Record sale # on exterior of packing box and record quantity in box on exterior + Self-contained air system, Tyvek suit and gloves will be provided and required when working inside paint booth + Pack parts according to part requirements and select box to use **Background & Skills** Required Qualifications: + Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution + Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications: + Minimum two years using air gun/sprayer + Minimum two years utilizing paint principals/pressure + Minimum two years working on a paint line in a manufacturing environment **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
