Job Summary To prepare for and to apply paints on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces Job Duties/Essential Functions Brush, roll, and spray all primers and paints. Tape, spackle, and sand drywall in preparation for painting. Stain and polyurethane natural wood surfaces. Plaster and patch any damaged surfaces. Order materials as required for painting. Provide on call services through pager when required; respond to after hours emergencies. Assure a safe environment by being safety conscientious, having knowledge of safety standards and using good safety practices. Assist in snow removal. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or his designee. Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences) High School graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of painting experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license required.
