Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/.  Responsibilities: * Schedule: 8 hour shifts | 5 days a week | Day shift Monday through Friday (Saturday & Sunday as needed) * Apply various finishes to equipment, buildings, bridges, or other structures * Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats * Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency * Use brush and roll or spray coat application techniques to paint walls and cut-in as needed * Apply sound or fire caulk in areas as needed  Qualifications: * Have two years of paid / verifiable experience in the trade * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted * Have tools of trade and the ability to bring them to work daily * Ability to work at least 40 hours a week TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
