How you will make an impact

Perform residential painting/wallcovering in occupied and vacated apartmentsMaintain existing paint/wallcoverings in high traffic common areasPerform drywall repairsPrepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work orderCreate and close work orders on work order system

What you will need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential painting and wallcovering in a residential settingStrong knowledge of both commercial and residential painting and wallcovering techniquesProficient in using power tools and painting equipmentBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Join our maintenance team as a Painter, delivering responsive and accurate painting services for resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance, to enhance our community's beauty and resident satisfaction.
