Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting stucco walls, wood trim, and other exterior surfaces.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by sanding, caulking, and applying putty as needed.Operate spray guns and other painting tools to apply paint evenly on various exterior surfaces.Paint stucco walls, wood trim, and other exterior surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.Ensure all painting tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.Essential SkillsSprayer experience is a must.Experience with paint preparation, including sanding and applying putty.Proficiency in using painting tools such as spray guns, mini roller handles, and caulking guns.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood attitude and strong work ethic.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors, primarily at The Crossing Chino Hills site. Proper work attire, including work boots, is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
