Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint Operator on the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for racking and unracking parts for prepping and post-painting processes, washing and cleaning parts, and powdercoat painting various parts ranging in size from hand-held items to full-sized trailer beds. This role requires a willingness to learn new techniques and processes while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Work Environment
Work in a standard metal shop environment with fabrication on one side of the building and weld/assembly on the other. Paint and blast operations are conducted in a separate building. You will be on your feet most of the day and generally work as part of a team of 2-3 people per project. Long sleeves are preferred, and uniforms will be issued for long-term employees. The night shift runs from 4pm to 3am, Monday through Thursday, with potential additional hours on Fridays. There is flexibility to train on days or a swing shift before transitioning to nights full-time.
