**Job Title: Powder Coater** Location: Bethlehem, PA Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm) Job Description: seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. The Powder Coater will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish on our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking. + Apply powder coatings to a variety of surfaces using spray equipment and powder coating systems. + Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ensuring optimal performance. + Inspect coated surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections. + Maintain accurate records of coated parts and colors used. + Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. + Assist in other manufacturing departments as directed by management. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Proven experience as a powder coater in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Strong knowledge of powder coating techniques and materials. + Ability to operate and maintain powder coating equipment. + Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication and organizational skills. + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
