Job Description:

Position Title:                 Paint Operator

Location:                         Carrickmacross

Reporting to:                  Paint Shop Supervisor

Hours of work:               40 hours per week  Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.

Reporting to paint shop supervisor we require experienced personnel who are capable of working in a team based environment, manufacturing mobile screening equipment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Load and unload paint shopSpray painting to high standardShot BlastingMeet set targets whilst working on the production lineSafe and controlled movement of production parts

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in industrial paintingWorked previously in high volume production paint lineExperience of using 2 pack painting is desirableExperience of working in a quality driven environment

To be considered it is essential that you meet the above requirements and have proven engineering manufacturing experience, good mechanical skills, have a keen approach to problem solving and can work on own initiative. Good communication skills are also essential.

MDS is a manufacturer of heavy duty and recycling trommels, apron feeders and conveyor systems, based in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Ireland.  MDS was founded in 1995 by Liam and Una Murray, with a vision to design and develop engineering solutions for industry.
