Avalon Health Care Management, Inc. is hiring a Painter to come join our outstanding team! We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team! As a Painter, you will be traveling with a team to our skilled nursing facilities and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of the facility by applying paints, finishes, and coatings to a variety of surfaces in common areas, rooms, and outdoor spaces. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the Painter will be working closely with other staff members and residents. $28.85 /hr

Responsibilities: Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and trim to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for residents. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes. Select and mix paint colors according to specifications. Perform routine touch-ups and repairs to keep the facility in excellent condition. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe working environment. Ensure the facility is always looking its best for residents, visitors, and staff. Communicate effectively with maintenance and facility management teams regarding painting schedules and needs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Painter or similar role Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, including ladders and paint containers. Strong communication and time management skills. Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations. High school diploma or equivalent.
