A Painter Foreperson is responsible for supervising and performing daily duties within the painting trade such as maintaining and repairing painted, wall covered, stained and varnished surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment throughout the hotel\. The Foreperson performs these duties in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. **What will I be doing?** Specifically, you would be responsible for supervising and performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Prepares and paints surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment using proper Application techniques\. Measures lengths of surfaces to determine quantity of paint needed\. Plasters or spackles surfaces, mixes paint colors to match existing colors and applies paint to all building and equipment surfaces with brushes, rollers and spray guns\. + Installs and repairs covered wall and ceiling surfaces throughout the facility\.
