Avalon Health Care Management, Inc. is hiring a Painter Supervisor to come join our outstanding team! We are seeking a seeking a skilled Painter Supervisor to lead and manage our painting team. As the Painter Supervisor, you will travel to facilities with a team to oversee and direct all painting projects, ensuring the facility maintains a high standard of aesthetic quality and safety. You will be responsible for supervising a team of painters, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring that all painting projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. $36.00 /hr

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of painters, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines. Plan and coordinate painting and maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to residents and staff. Review and approve paint colors, materials, and finishes for projects. Inspect work areas to ensure proper surface preparation, safety practices, and quality standards are followed. Provide hands-on support when necessary, including painting and applying finishes to walls, ceilings, and trim. Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe work environment. Maintain inventory of paint and supplies, ordering materials as needed. Work closely with maintenance and facility management teams to identify painting and maintenance needs. Track and document work performed, materials used, and project progress. Train and mentor new painters, offering ongoing guidance and development opportunities. Collaborate with the facility’s leadership team to ensure all aesthetic and maintenance goals are met. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Painter, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols. Experience in team management, project planning, and scheduling. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve painting and maintenance issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, including ladders and paint containers. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in painting or facility maintenance is a plus.
