**Company :** Allegheny Health Network **Job Description :** **GENERAL OVERVIEW** Perform all aspects of facility/equipment painting including surface preparation, parking lot line stripping and spray painting. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES** + Painting of interior and exterior facility areas, prepare surfaces as required and apply the correct finish product Keep facility wall surfaces and exterior parking lot painting looking neat and orderly. + Integrates performance improvement principles into all aspects of job responsibilities. Integrates customer service excellence principles into all aspects of job responsibilities. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum** + Four (4) years minimum commercial/industrial painting experience required. **Preferred** + Trade/technical school training is preferred.
