We’re looking for a Painting Supervisor / Project Lead to help lead our team and grow with us as we build for the future. Position Overview: As a Painting Supervisor / Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and supervising painting crews on residential and light commercial projects. This includes surface preparation, application techniques, and overseeing minor repairs (concrete, stucco, wood, metal). You will manage job site planning, ensure safety compliance, handle customer interactions, and use Microsoft Teams and Sage 100 Contractor for project management and daily reporting. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and work alongside painting crews, ensuring high-quality results. + Plan job sites, manage materials, and maintain safety protocols. + Perform and oversee surface preparation, painting techniques, and minor repairs. + Communicate with clients, GC supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. + Use mobile construction management software for reporting and tracking. Qualifications: + At least 5 years of painting experience (residential or commercial). + Experience or strong desire to develop leadership and customer relations skills. + Knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques. + Willingness to obtain Lead-safe certification (training provided). + A desire to learn, advance, and take on more responsibility in a hands-on career.
