Tom Wood Audi, located in Indianapolis IN, is currently searching for a Dent Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a proven background in technical expertise, along with a sharp attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.  

 

Responsibilities:  

Use advanced paintless dent repair (PDR) techniques to remove dents, dings, and creases from vehicle surfaces without damaging the paint.Thoroughly inspect vehicles for any visible damage and provide repair estimates.Ensure all repairs are performed to the highest quality standards, meeting dealership and manufacturer specifications.Keep detailed records of all repair work, including the materials used, labor hours, and costs.Work closely with other members of the service department, including technicians and managers, to meet repair deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:  

Proven experience in paintless dent repair (PDR) or similar automotive repair field. Prior experience in a dealership or body shop is a plus.Strong technical skills in dent removal and repair.Attention to detail and precision.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Required- have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
