Pallet and Crate Builder Responsibilities

Build wooden pallets and shipping crates using power tools and hand tools

Measure, cut, and assemble lumber based on design specifications or customer orders

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment

Assist with loading or moving finished pallets/crates as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Comfortable using hand tools, saws, nail guns, and measuring tape

Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or diagrams

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Benefits/Compensation

Full Time

Pay Rate is $15 per hour

1st Shift

Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
