Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join their team in Mission Viejo, California. This collaborative and team-oriented group is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The role offers a balanced work-life schedule, including weekdays and weekends. Enjoy working in Southern Orange County, close to the stunning beaches of Dana Point and Laguna Beach * Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care * Fellowship trained in Palliative Care * Experience is preferred * 1:6 weekends * Calls usually during the day, must be available for calls from home. * Work life balance * Mix of inpatient and outpatient care * Compensation is between $252,644 and $327,660 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
