Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Palliative Project Coordinator to join our growing Value Based Healthcare (VBHC) team. This position will directly report to the EVP Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing excellent project coordination support and contributing to the overall improvement of quality and cost effectiveness of care. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including clinicians, data analysts to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
