Responsibilities • Serving guests in Palm's Cafe. • Answering guest questions about menu items. • Brewing/making coffee and other specialty beverages. • Up-selling and suggestive selling of items. • Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank. • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications + Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. + Must have at least one year of customer service experience. + Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time. + Must be able to lift at least 30lbs. + Must have a vaild Food Handlers Card from Riverside County and TIPS & RBS Certification. + Related experience preferred. Pay: $18/ hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay.
